New rules: Electronic records instead of paper certificates of driving school completion

To increase transparency and minimize the risk of document forgery, the Main Service Center (HSC) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has introduced important changes: driving schools no longer issue students with paper certificates confirming the completion of the theoretical course, as was done before.
